Musician born in Aielo de Malferit (Val\u00e8ncia) where he began his musical studies within the \"Uni\u00f3n Musical Ayelense\" by Mr. Antonio Garcia Albert, finishing his studies at the \"Joaqu\u00edn Rodrigo\" Superior Conservatory of Music in Valencia, where he unanimously obtained the honorable mention of the 1996 final degree award in the specialty of Trumpet, with professors Vicente Campos and Leopoldo Vidal. He took instrumental improvement courses with Anthony Plog, Maurice Benterfa, Pierre Thibaud, Allen Vizzutti, and Hakan Handenberger.
He also studied piano, harmony, and conducting with Manuel Galduf and Roberto For\u00e9s. He took band conducting courses with Jan Cober, Jos\u00e9 Rafael Pascual, Franco Cesarini and Ferrer Ferran, and orchestra conducting with Denis Ham (Royal Academy of Music). He receives composition classes from Teo Aparicio and Arnau Bataller.<\/p>\n

As an instrumentalist, he has been part of the \"Orquestra simf\u00f2nica d'Alacant\" as well as its brass quintet and has collaborated with other groups such as: Gij\u00f3n Conservatory Orchestra, l'Empord\u00e0 Orchestra and was selected in 1996 to be part of of the \u201cOrchestre d'Harmonie des Jeunes de l'Union Europ\u00e9enne\u201d.<\/p>\n

He has been principal conductor of different band formations and has conducted many other symphonic bands throughout Spain as a guest conductor. He has directed the Municipal Band of Barcelona within the Barcelona LEM festival, premiering works by contemporary composers such as Agust\u00ed Mart\u00ednez, Jane Rigler, Lloren\u00e7 Barber, Xavier Maristany or Miguel Mar\u00edn among others. He has premiered works by contemporary composers at the \"C\u00edrculo de Bellas Artes\" within the experimental music festival \"Escena Contempor\u00e1nea\", at the ENSEMS in Valencia and at the National Music Auditorium in Madrid.
His works have been performed by different Spanish bands, receiving commissions such as the work \"Locus Solus\" for the Barcelona Municipal Band or \"I do not understand this music\" dedicated to the Spanish trumpeter Jos\u00e9 Ch\u00e1fer.<\/p>\n

\u2013 2nd prize in the IV National Contest for the Composition of Processional Marches \u201cVilla de San Pedro del Pinatar\u201d, Murcia
\u2013 3rd prize in the XVII international pasodobles contest \u201cVilla de Pozo estrecho\u201d in Cartagena (Murcia) \u2013 Second prize from the public of the \u201cIV Villa de Altea composition contest\u201d (Alicante)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
